Hi, just been informed that my apartment has the telecom wiring system already fitted when they where originally built. Is this true?, as I'm expecting a new service provider to hook up a fybre optics Internet connection for me which, I've been told, will not take very long.

Avatel fitted our fibre optic internet and the fitter was done and dusted in 15 minutes. Sounds like a good possibility that you will be in a similar position.
